  Every time I have gone, the food was cold. I also request no tomatoes on my burgers and every time there are tomatoes. I know it's easy to pick them off, but it seems kind of a waste. I almost feel as though the burgers have been premade and sit under the warming lamp for a long time. I called the manager to see if they could correct the problem. I don't call in for free meals. When I call a manager I feel like it is a legitimate problem that needs to be fixed. Still got cold food, so I stopped going a while ago. Normally I love Burger King, but not here.

  Bad, slow service. Waited 5 minutes at the register for the woman to wait on me. Took 10 minutes to get food from a "fast food" place with only 1 other person in the place. Floor was wet and dirty.
