  Terrible. I've lost count (no exaggeration) how many times I've had to return a drink because they failed to make it properly.
  
  Just this morning I ordered a Venti Cappuccino and the cup was about 70% full and tasted liked brewed coffee with some vanilla creamer added. I could of made the same thing with drip coffee and some powdered creamer at home. It's unacceptable for the premium price you're paying at Starbucks.
  
  They seriously need to train the employees at this location better because they obviously can't do their job and/or don't care how they do their job.

  I've been to my fair share of Starbucks coffee shops, and every time I order from this one it's like the whole staff just got their job there and don't know how to do anything. I've had a 20 minute wait for a grande frappicino one day and a FORTY-FIVE minute wait for a TALL latte the next. Don't visit this coffee shop if you are pressed for time. They also have a hard time grasping their recipes, their coffee flavor is not consistent. I'm not talking about seasonal I'm talking about a year round latte. It might be sweet one visit it might be bland the next.

  Poor customer service, poor management of drink orders (I got mine 10 minutes before my wife got hers and before the poor woman with two active kids that ordered before me), long wait times (there were 10 people working with maybe 7 people in line and it took 15 minutes to get a drink after you ordered.) I don't know who runs this place but my 5 year old could have organized this place better. I don't think think this is what Howard Schultz has in mind for his coffee shops. We will be going to the 580 coffee shop from now on and will encourage everyone we know to do the same.

  Worst. Starbucks. Ever. The reason people spend an average of 15 minutes here is because the staff are so incompetent. They never have any food on display and half the time the person on the register doesn't know what they are doing.
